How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept Common Club credits at this time.

What shipping options do you provide?

Orders can be shipped with either standard or expedited shipping options. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days, with up to 3 days transit for expedited shipping and up to 10 days for standard shipping.

Can my order ship to a PO Box?

We can ship to post office boxes. However, an alternative carrier may be required. This could increase the estimated delivery time to 10-14 business days.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Standard orders ship within 2 business days with 7 to 10 business days in transit. Expedited orders ship within 2 business days with 1 to 3 business days in transit.

When will my order arrive? 

Once your order is submitted, you will receive two confirmation emails shortly after: one to confirm your order and another when it is shipped. The second email with the shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number for you. The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you selected before submitting. If you suspect the status is incorrect, please contact us.

Where are your pants manufactured? 

All of our pants are made in LA, California. We prefer keeping our manufacturing in the USA because we know that the working conditions are humane. 

ORDER UPDATES & RETURNS

Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed? 

If you need to make changes to your order, reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. As long as we receive your request within 30 minutes of submitting your order, we can cancel or edit the order. However, once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or edited.

Can I add items to an existing order after it has been shipped? 

Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been shipped.

What if something is wrong with my order when it arrives? 

If you notice something is not right with your order, reach out to our Customer Service team.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? 

Yes, an exchange for a product with an equal or lower condition level in a different size or color is possible. Contact our Customer Service team to learn more.

What is your return policy?

Purchases may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Items must be in the same condition they arrived in and returned in their original packaging. Once your return has been received, a refund may take between 5 to 7 business days to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How do I return my items? 

To return your items, email our support team. A return authorization number and return instructions will be sent once you enter your name and order ID. The order ID can be found on your purchase invoice. Your first return is free.
